There was horrible communication on his part as to why the item was taking weeks to process and ship. Instead of telling me right away he was having delays, I was left waiting weeks thinking I was scammed. I had to be the one to reach out to him and it should've been the other way around, informing the customer if theres a delay on your part is practical in every business. I understand times are hard and I wouldn't have minded if there was communication. In the end the item took a MONTH to get here. Ordered it on Feb. 2nd for my boyfriends birthday on the 12th and just now got it today March 5th. Overall the item is okay although there's what looks like metal shavings coming off on the inside. Then the stick it comes with is also scraped up it looks like I could potentially get plastic particles if I use it.
